Thank you for becoming a Customer of One Global Village Club (1GVC). It is imperative to appreciate that all Customers are Independent and agree to take responsibility for all business dealings conducted involving 1GVC. It is necessary to understand the products/services offered by 1GVC. It is also your responsibility to work closely with your Enroller to ensure that you possess all the current tools and information needed to operate a successful business. 1GVC posts regular updates on the Corporate Website as well as privileged information in a private area accessible by personal login.

Advertising, Logos, Slogans, Trademarks & Trade Names: The names of 1GVC and any other names that may be adopted by 1GVC (such as Advertising, Logos, Slogans, Trademarks & Trade Names), are proprietary property and are of immense value. Affiliates must apply for and receive written permission from 1GVC to produce, use, distribute or advertise products using the 1GVC logos or trademarks. Failure to comply with this directive will result in termination. All approved advertising must feature the words “Independent Affiliate” which clearly shows that you are not representing the company in an official capacity. You may use blind advertisements without reference to 1GVC name, logos or trademarks, addresses, telephone number or products/services. You may not produce, use, distribute or advertise products/services that are similar to those provided by 1GVC for its Affiliates. To prevent inadvertent errors or illegal claims, an Affiliate must use the terminology contained in the most current 1GVC marketing materials. Affiliates may not engage in spamming or other unsolicited direct marketing activities for the purpose of promoting their participation in 1GVC and the Compensation Plan.

Affiliate: To become an Affiliate, you need to be enrolled by an existing Customer and accepted by 1GVC as an Affiliate. 1GVC may refuse to accept any Affiliate Application, at its sole discretion.

Affiliate Application: Whilst completing your on-line Affiliate Application to join 1GVC, you confirm your understanding of the P & P and agreement to the P & P. By authorizing this agreement, you agree that you will abide by all laws, bylaws and regulations pertaining to your 1GVC business. You agree that you have not based your decision on any articles, opinions or promises not contained in the P & P. Alleged misrepresentations by enrolling Affiliates will be investigated by 1GVC, and 1GVC reserves the right to take action against any breaches. As an Affiliate you agree that you are an independent Customer and are not an agent, employee, franchisee, partner, joint venturer or a legal representative of 1GVC. As an Affiliate if you make any reference about yourself, all references must clearly depict your independent Affiliate status. EG: You must not promote yourself with an executive sounding title indicating that you hold any official role within 1GVC. As an Affiliate, telephone conversations, internet postings, instant messages, emails and advertising may not be listed using the 1GVC name except where it is clearly defined that you are an Independent Affiliate.

Amendments & Waiver: The P & P is incorporated as part of your Customer Application and constitutes the entire agreement between you and 1GVC with reference to your business relationship and supersedes any prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and any other Customer irrespective of whether they are in writing or verbal. 1GVC may amend the P & P, products/services pricing, products/services specifications and products/services availability from time to time as required. It may also be a legal requirement to amend the Compensation Plan from time to time to ensure International compliance. All amendments of this nature will be considered as part of this agreement. 1GVC will notify Customers of any amendments by posting same in your private area. If an executive of 1GVC who is authorized by 1GVC specifies in writing an amendment or waiver to any provision, then that shall constitute a legally binding provision. NB: All provisions of the Compensation Plan and P & P constitute binding aspects of the each and visa versa.

ATM Card Maintenance: You may also elect to pay regular Maintenance fees for ATM cards. The provision of ATM cards are considered as part of some 1GVC packages, however the maintenance of provided cards is the responsibility of the cardholder if the Bank/Merchant/Provider require a fee to maintain activity. See the Compensation Plan and FAQ’s for current details.

Affiliates Rewards Plan: You have the option to be involved in the 1GVC Rewards Plan. This is to compensate Affiliates for the sale of 1GVC products. Rewards are paid to you as an Affiliate in accordance with the 1GVC Rewards Plan. As an Affiliate, you agree that you understand the Rewards Plan and that you will receive Rewards only on the retail volumes created by Affiliates within your team in the Rewards Plan. You are required to present the 1GVC Rewards Plan exactly as it is displayed on the 1GVC Web-Site.

Confidentiality: Team reports are made available by 1GVC to you for your personal usage and are not to be utilized for any other purpose. All information contained in Team reports is highly confidential. You agree that you will not disclose such confidential information to any 3rd party.

Corporate Home Office: 1GVC operates out of the Republic of Singapore.

Cross-Enrolling/Placements: You shall not promote any other business programs/products/services to any Affiliates other than those whom you have personally enrolled into 1GVC. It is highly unethical and contravenes 1GVC P & P to attempt to recruit non personal Affiliates for another purpose. Affiliates found guilty of violating this vital policy may be suspended and depending on the extent of said breach may be terminated. At any 1GVC gathering, whether official or not, you may not discuss information about other business programs/products/services, even with your personally introduced Affiliates or guests. These actions will result in termination.

Currency: All prices quoted on 1GVC website are US dollars. The Company, at its discretion, reserves the right to fix any currency exchange rate in any country in which it operates at any time. The Company also reserves the right to unfix currency exchange rates in any country in which it operates if deemed appropriate by the Company. Such currency variations will be advertised in 1GVC website.

Customers: All Affiliates started as Customers because they wanted to take advantage of the 1GVC products/services. Some will remain as Customers, whilst others upgrade to Bronze Affiliate etc.

Customer Accounts: If you choose to become a Customer, you will receive a special Customer Account which you can access at your Enrolling Affiliates personal website. You are provided with username, password, login details and links to a back room to place orders etc. Customers may only hold one account. Affiliates may not own a separate Customer Account.

Customer Refund Policy: You have the right to a refund of the purchase price of products/services that you have purchased. 1GVC will return in full, the said purchase price, minus any postage/freight incurred. The strict timeframe that refunds may be claimed is thirty days inclusive from acceptance of you as a Customer, except for Singapore which is sixty days.

Disclaimers: 1GVC makes no assurances to you that:

1. You will earn any money.
2. Information supplied by sources other than 1GVC will be correct.
3. The 1GVC Web-Site/Server is virus free.
4. Errors or omissions on the 1GVC Web-Site shall be corrected.
5. You will have 24hour/7day access to your personal Web-Site.
6. You will have 24hour/7day access to the 1GVC Web-Site.
7. Unauthorized hacking of 1GVC data will not occur.

Dispute Resolution: Customers/Affiliates are encouraged to work within the guidelines of the company’s P & P. When a Customer/Affiliate has a discrepancy or grievance with 1GVC: The Customer/Affiliate must first lodge their complaint to 1GVC via our online ticketing system. Once a response is received and if they are not satisfied with the outcome, they may further escalate the ticket to a higher level of support. Once a final decision has been made, it is final, only management or board members are able to have the decision reversed, and that can only be done under reviewed circumstances.

Enroller: An Enroller is one who registers a new Affiliate with 1GVC and has the responsibility of assigning the placement of the new Affiliate. 1GVC grants Affiliates a non-exclusive right to enroll new Affiliates into 1GVC. As an Enroller, you are expected to coach, nurture and communicate with the Affiliates that form your teams. Affiliates are required to relate the level of effort and time needed in order to achieve success without exaggeration of the financial possibilities.

Enroller Conflicts: You require an Enroller before becoming an Affiliate. If you submit more than one Application, listing a different Enroller on each, 1GVC will recognize the first Application recorded. Please understand that requests to amend Enrollers/placements will not be considered. Introduction/placement amendments would affect relationships between Enrollers/Affiliates and could lessen the income of many people.

Guarantees: Guarantees are not provided to 1GVC for products/services which are sold on an “as is basis”, however 1GVC will endeavor to provide the best possible outcome.

Income Tax: You are entirely responsible for calculating/recording/paying local, state, and federal taxes on any income you earn from your 1GVC business. Income which you earn could constitute a portion of your tax assessable income, so you should refer this to your accountant for any possible tax deductions or expenses related to the earning of your 1GVC income.

Indemnities, Obligations and Legal Age of the Compensation Plan: You must be at least 18 years of age to join 1GVC. You agree that you have no right to bind 1GVC to any obligation other than the obligations described in the P & P. You agree to indemnify and hold 1GVC completely innocent to any claims made by third parties, whether from any involvement in the Compensation Plan or any breach of the P & P. You indemnify and agree to hold 1GVC, including but not limited to: Affiliates, the Board of Directors, the CEO, Shareholders or Staff; excluded from all claims, costs, damages, expenses, liabilities, legal fees and losses, resulting from or arising out of or in any way connected with any Affiliates 1GVC Web-Sites and any errors or amendments in relation to information provided to 1GVC via the Web-Sites. Information provided by you to 1GVC, inclusive of your personal details; IE: name, address, phone numbers & email addresses remain the property of 1GVC. You agree to the unlimited usage of this data, without receiving any extra compensation in any form.

Jurisdictional Law: These Policies & Procedures (referred to as the P & P) shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore . By joining 1GVC, you agree that jurisdiction shall lay with the place of acceptance of the P & P, which is the Republic of Singapore.

Partial Validity: Should any portion of these P & P or any other instruments referred to herein or issued by 1GVC be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the balance of such rules or instruments shall remain in full force and effect.

Product/Services Ordering: You may wish to order/reorder/upgrade from time to time. Whilst 1GVC understands that different Affiliates will have totally different usage patterns, we believe that quantities in excess of what are set out in the various packages will be rarities; however special application may be made directly to 1GVC to justify any additional purchases. 1GVC will enforce the industry standard of 70/30 if required.

Renewals: You are entitled to work as an Affiliate in the 1GVC business for 12 months without any additional fees or charges. Just prior to the 12 month anniversary, you will be advised of your forthcoming annual renewal; which is currently US$40.00.

Sale or Transfer of Businesses: You have the right to sell your business by placing an application to 1GVC. Approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. If you choose to rejoin as a Customer of 1GVC, you must wait until 6 months has elapsed. 1GVC reserves the right of approval of you rejoining.

Spouses: You may desire to have family members living in the same household involved in the business either as separate Customers/Affiliates. This is provisional on the strict condition that said family members are in your personal team. There may be times when these people join 1GVC without prior knowledge, however as soon as 1GVC are aware of the relationship, the person joining second will be offered the option of Enrolling under the first joined Member.

Succession: In the unfortunate circumstances of death or incapacity of an Affiliate, 1GVC requests a death certificate/registered medical physician’s statement. In this instance, the Affiliates earning rights may pass to their successors. The successors must submit a written Application including death certificate/registered medical physician's statement, for consideration by 1GVC. This Approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. If approved by 1GVC, the successors agree to the P & P responsibilities of the Affiliate.

Support Services: 1GVC provides official support to its Affiliates via an online support mechanism, however 1GVC reserves the right to modify this process without notice and is able to adjust, modify, amend or create new processes without detriment to the Customer.

Termination: 1GVC reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate at any time if it is assessed by 1GVC that the Affiliate has acted in a manner that is not within the P & P. 1GVC shall reserve the right to effect termination, at its sole discretion. If you are terminated, you agree to immediately cease operating as a 1GVC Affiliate. Any current or future Rewards generated from your time as an Affiliate as of the date of the breaches, will be null and void.

Voluntary Resignation: As an Affiliate, you may voluntarily resign at any time and for any reason, by notifying 1GVC in writing. Should you choose to rejoin 1GVC, you may reactivate only after 6 months have passed. The company reserves the right of approval for your re-activation.
